I was petrified from needles before I go to this office ! But the very first time that Dr. Tafrishi gave me a needle to do  fillings on my molar teeth everything changed ! whatever was done ,  magically ,  I didn't even feel a bit discomfort when he was doing the filling , If you have the phobia  from needles & injections , I highly recommend him.
